Going to be a few outs this week just based on injuries along

IN: Mclean, Smith (I can hope that he'll be ready but he probably won't be), Hamling, Redpath, Bont if ready to come back
OUT: Honeychurch (looked pretty sore by the end), Wallis, Morris, Cordy, Goodes

OUT: Goodes (please), Wallis (hard to see him getting up...but depends what the issue is), Morris (ditto Wallis)
IN: Bontempelli, Boyd, Hamling

Hamling gets his opportunity after some good form all pre-season/VFL r1.

Do what you like with Cordy. I've covered my thoughts on the topic in the other thread - keep him, drop him for Redpath, drop him for a smaller forward line. I'm indifferent.

In: Boyd (if fit), Bont (if fit), Redpath, Hamling
Out: Cordy, Goodes, Morris (presuming weeks), Wallis (think a cork but it's a bad one in a very bad spot, may have to miss one)

Would love to bring in Smith but don't think that would happen cause it wouldn't be a part of his game/time plan.

Biggs maybe but from reports wasn't good.

Darley injured?

Wallis and Morris both inj, Cordy, Goodes

In Bont, Moyd, hamling, Redpath

Cordy Goodes

In: M. Boyd, Bontempelli, Hamling, Campbell
Out: Wallis, Goodes, Morris, Cordy.

Think Honeychurch will pull up. If his shoulder really was rooted he wouldn't have played on. Grant was lively enough but he's on borrowed time as far as I'm concerned.

Wouldn't mind seeing McLean get a go this week if we find room.

Out - grant goodes Cordy Wallis Morris
IN - Bonts Roberts Boyd Hamling Hunter

Out - Morris (inj :(), Wallis (inj :(), Goodes, Cordy

In- Hunter, Hamling, M. Boyd, Bontempelli

*McLean to debut if Honey doesn't get up.

Give Smith one more week

IN: Bonts, Boyd, Hamling, Redpath

OUT:

Cordy, Wallis, Morris and Goodes

Pretty harsh on Goodes maybe. but someone will get dropped.

Hopefully Morris is ok, same for Wallis. Clay's not ready yet to replace him. Hunter's a chance next week too.

Ins
Redpath, Hamling, Hunter, Bonts, Boyd, Wood (Last 3 if fit)

Outs
Cordy, Moz (inj), Goodes, Wallis (if inj), Stevens, Grant

Stevens, Grant, Goodes (to remain in if Bonts/Boyd/Wood don't get up) Goodes the first to go, then Grant, then Stevens.

Our blokes got sniped and hit today by a few bullies sadly. Hodge sniped honey pretty bad. Hope he is ok. Hopefully wallis just copped a bad corky to his lower back :-( not sure what happened to Morris' shoulder

Just dont get the calls for Grant to be dropped, his game today was better than last weeks by a long way, and dont forget that he is a forward, that is playing midfield/wing now and still learning how to play the position.
Goodes on the other hand has just about done his dash.

Grant's building nicely for mine. Was very scrappy with his disposal today but he looked switched on and got involved both offensively and defensively. Deserves another game for that effort, for mine. Still not sold, but I don't think his game was drop-worthy - especially since we're likely to make a few changes anyway.

Out: Goodes, Wallis, Morris, Cordy, Stevens

Obviously Smith is a few weeks off his peak however I don't think we have a choice. Play him as the sub. Stevens to stay in if Boyd or Bonti don't get up. Smith stays out if Wallis gets up.

Looked like a grade 1 or 2 AC joint. I have done a couple. From my experience they pull up poorly and painfully. I think he'll miss a week.

If we lose Honey I would like to see Hunter come in.

Our depth was always going to be tested this year.

Stevens and Goodes played R3 as depth players and they show how poor our depth is. Not sure what the injury concerns for MBoyd and Bontempelli were this week, but hopefully they can both return. How far away is Wood?

Surely we have seen the last of Cordy at AFL level. Just cannot give us anything other than good VFL service.

OUT: Cordy, Goodes, Stevens, Morris (inj) Wallis (inj)
IN: Redpath, MBoyd, Bontempelli, Hamling, Hunter

In: Hamling, Roberts, Bonts an Boyd
Out: Cordy, Morris, Wallis, Goodes

Play Roughy at chf/second ruck, Hamling, Roberts an Tailia our future backs might as well play them now

Out: Wallis, Morris, Cordy, Goodes, Honeychurch
In: Boyd, Hamling, Redpath, Bonti, Hunter

I would move Boyd back to his midfield role while Wallis is out too. Need some grunt in there.

Really liked Webbs game. Push him into the midfield when wood is back so he can deliver to our forwards.

I'm envisaging quite the meltdown when Cordy is named again next week. Don't let me down guys. ;)

I think sniped is a pretty strong word.

They got schooled by a hardened unit. Nothing more.

You want to play with the big boys? Stay aware.
