Yeah that'll be pretty close to it ... would also like to see Garlett for Hannan as well ... a real lack of Hannan in this thread so far. Some teams, based on a random one posted here and our board's best guess of our team.

Yep, I'm a big fan ... even when he isn't playing that well, he usually pops up for a goal or two. Was the carry over emergency last week as well, so surely first cab off the rank if we're bringing in a forward ... although I did realise after I posted that I've left JKH in the team ... which I'm against as a general rule, so Jeffy gets a reprieve.Hannan actually averages the most goals per game of any of our small/medium forwards this year (Excluding Kents 6 in 2 1/4 games).

I think your best is better than ours, it will be interesting to see if there is some pressure with having to win one of your next two to make finals.
Good game, no injuries please.
Will be keeping AVB now that Hogan is out.Get Hunt out, what a ******* horrible decision in hindsight. Did nothing to earn a spot and showed exactly why.
JKH out for Kent
Hannan for AVB
Vanders was fine but he plays as a 3rd tall at the moment and we need more at ground level.

Out boysOut: Hunt, JKH, Spargo
In: Hibberd, Meksham, Kent
Thats exactly what Sydney do and didmeaning they kick/mark and control the footy
ThanksWelcome back demondavey![]()

I thought JKH actually used the ball ok against Sydney. He isn’t fast or necessarily exciting, but I wouldn’t call for his omission. There’s no way Garlett plays another game for the MFC, he offers absolutely zero pressure and workrate when the good sides come to play, and a modern small forward just can’t be a cherry pickers these days offering nothing the other way.Yep, I'm a big fan ... even when he isn't playing that well, he usually pops up for a goal or two. Hannan is inconsistent, but otherwise a pretty effectual footballer. I’d say it’s between him and Kent unless Spargo needs a rest, if so, Kent and Hannan in.
Don’t hate it personallyI have a radical suggestion but hear me out.
Play Gawn as a Full-Forward for a large part of the match and play Pedo in the ruck.
Reasoning: Gawn is a bit sore and the Eagles don't have Naitanui. Pedo's best Melbourne games have been when he played in the ruck like last year when Gawn and Spencer went out. We coped okay without ruck dominance last year when Gawn was missing from our team.
Let's face it, we are inevitability going to bomb it into the forward 50 anyway with McGovern primed to intercept, but if given a full jump Gawn is hard to outmark even if outnumbered.
With Hogan out we need another forward and I don't feel we can trust Weid to be the match winner in a must win game, nor rely on TMac to do it alone.
He had an all time leading hair stylist highly proficient in blonde highlights, and also with a tendency to cut hair and make his clients look like Rocksteady or Bepop.Seriously? I take it all back, Brent Moloney must have been one of the all-time elite kicks in the competition.
