Philreich: Good evening everyone, thank you all for joining us in the official broadcast of the much anticipated Season 34 Sweet FA Grand Final between the top of the ladder, reigning, defending premiers Roys FFC taking on the Baghdad Bombers who are second place on the ladder and aiming for their sixth premiership to be the outright most successful club in Sweet FA history. Dingster: I think you're right phil, we have this season the two clear best teams playing off in the grand final. The Roys have most of the core group together from last season's premiership success there when we won it in Season 33 so this is a line up that knows how to get the job done on the biggest day. But of course, the Bombers are a supreme side as well so should be a cracking game.
Kennedy Parker: The last time these two teams met, the Bombers prevailed over the Roys and TFLUA-Tiger Award winner Jabba73 held Elmer_Judd goalless and they'll have a rematch on the grandest stage of all so that will be a curious subplot. Funnily enough, both of these teams had to pull off unbelievable comebacks against the Gumbies on their way here. The Bombers were 29 points down half-way through the final quarter in the qualifying final - kicked 7 of the last 9 goals to win by 1. The Roys pulled off an even bigger comeback being 38 points down halfway through the final quarter and kicking the last 7 goals unanswered to come back from the dead. The Gumbies are extremely stiff to miss out but that's where finals experience comes to the fore. You can never count either of these teams out.
Dingster: The teams are just about ready and we will be going down to the center bounce... hang on. The game hasn't started and there's a punch-on happening already!
Kennedy Parker: Tensions are already boiling over between Jabba73 and Elmer_Judd, they were sledging each other and it looks like a line may have been crossed because they are going at it!
Philreich: Forgetting about the fight for a moment, this should be a cracking contest. The Roys are unbeaten in their last 9 matches. Coincidentally, their last loss occurred on September 11 - their opposition that day was the Baghdad Bombers. Those 9 straight wins will mean nothing if they can't get the job done today.

Kennedy Parker: The last time these two teams met, the Bombers prevailed over the Roys and TFLUA-Tiger Award winner Jabba73 held Elmer_Judd goalless and they'll have a rematch on the grandest stage of all so that will be a curious subplot. Funnily enough, both of these teams had to pull off unbelievable comebacks against the Gumbies on their way here. The Bombers were 29 points down half-way through the final quarter in the qualifying final - kicked 7 of the last 9 goals to win by 1. The Roys pulled off an even bigger comeback being 38 points down halfway through the final quarter and kicking the last 7 goals unanswered to come back from the dead. The Gumbies are extremely stiff to miss out but that's where finals experience comes to the fore. You can never count either of these teams out.
