I know 'depth' is the word to come after 'but' when talking about North, however, I strongly believe everyone is SEVERELY underrating our VFL prospects. They might not be fit enough to run a 4 quarter effort, but they're by no means not talented. I think we have some actual depth atm, not a great deal, I mean we hurt badly when Higgins was out against Port so if we lose our big names sure we might be in trouble. But it's not all doom and gloom with depth.

I don't doubt that we're greatly benefiting by having our senior players relatively injury free, but as the commentators badly underestimated our seniors coming into the season, I believe that they're underestimating the quality of our best reserve players. Zurhaar, McKay and Ahern, for example, will do well when they get their chance.

I remember him. Looked pretty good at U19 level. A little surprised he didn't kick on playing wise. He seems to be off the field.

Our depth is a complete unknown quantity. If we have one or two of the kids in we won't miss a beat. The question is if we have six or seven on the side at once.
