1. In my opinion, people that don't rate Kim face-wise tend to be those that have a preference for abstract looking girls, surfer types or more plain/simple types.

2. I reckon her face has deteriorated in recent times though. Extremely obvious that she has had surgery done. Something to do with the nose being narrowed (this is the first thing females tend to do, it's like they have an extremely inaccurate perception that they have big noses), with lips and cheeks being pulled.
