We've got some account who had made about a post a month since 2004 suddenly making 160 posts in 3 days in this thread sprouting the worst kind of anti-vax conspiracy theorist bullshit, which makes up almost half their posts on this forum since they signed up 17 years ago. What have we done to deserve this? I'm guessing that they've burned bridges with everyone else they've ever met?

I mean in NZ they initially recommended 6 weeks for Pfizer then changed that to 3 weeks. I had a 9 week gap because that seemed to be what most international studies (esp in the UK and Canada) recommended as the most effective gap.

So there are probably a sizeable amount of these "overdue" ones that are just making a deliberate choice.

I really like Robert Evans since discovering him live broadcasting the protests in portland on twitter. i recommend the episode where they read ben shapiro’s book but not vibing with the style is pretty fair. I can’t listen to a lot of the episodes just due to how dark the content can be TBH.

As for our new protagonist, i just think they have a couple of allies and feel emboldened to post here because of it. You see people just absolutely dumping all the info they have on vaccines in random people’s instagram comments. Its obsession, and they will yell anywhere they feel they can have a voice.

I just find it so disgusting honestly. They are out here trying to convince people to increase their and other’s risk of harm by avoiding vaccination while ignoring multitudes of real world issues that people face every day. All so they can live in their fantasy land where no the system isn’t meant to work this way its just Bad Actors at the top running a big conspiracy. As though they doesn’t make the system inherently flawed right out of the gate.

Robodebt killed more people than any vaccine ever has. Gatekeeping of NDIS/DSP killed more people than any vaccine ever has. Cops have murdered more Aborignal kids than people have died from vaccines. More people have died in offshore detention than by vaccines. More people are killed every freaking day by the effects of climate change than have died because of a vaccine. It is just an utterly ridiculous and disgusting niche problem to be remotely concerned about.

Hell! Drunk MPs driving at twice the legal limit are more of a threat to society! Why not post ur 10000 word thesis’ about that shit!

I actually don’t wish ill will on anyone. I will make this one prediction however & will happily apologise & delete my account if proven wrong. At least one AFL player will be forced into early retirement by Finals next year due to cardiac complications (myocarditis/pericarditis/arrhythmis/or Cardiac Arrest).

EDIt: None will be forced into retirement from Sars-Cov-2 complications.

Just keep in mind that no vaccinated NBA, NFL or WNBA player has suffered complications from the vaccine yet — some high-profile cases of suffering badly with COVID, though.
