In his last few years, Matera was playing like a 60 yr old, whereas Bradley could have kept playing on when he retired at 39.

Definately 1 eyed to say braddles was streets ahead. Matera was an unbelievable player. Guys like Matera and Kemp very underated over east.
IMO, Bradley just. Whoever siad that he went on too long is sadly mistaken. He could have kept going!! One of Carltons Greatest ever!

Matera, one of the great wingmen of all time.

Bradley was amazing with his longevity and the way he kept his body in top shape but I rate Matera ahead on ability and would've had him in my team over Bradley easily.

This is like comparing Andrew McLeod to Robert Harvey... Totally impossible to compare...

That said, I have to vote for Matera. He's one of the 10 best players I've ever seen play, and Bradley isn't, IMO.
