Maybe. I did write to the club before I posted here.
This board is also about personal views and opinions and I am happy to have my reaction to the story about players in our club known.
For context, watch the video of this "speaker" - a far right conspiracy theorist who either knows he is lying, or is simply incapable of understanding what he's actually talking about.
That one of our players wishes to peddle this cult like nonsense is disturbing.
This is the problem in a nutshell
People not only don’t read for themselves the subjects and works on which they adopt a position, they don’t even see why they should!
Some dumbasses YouTube clip (which I won’t be watching) is no shortcut to knowing what you think about a subject.
I have read (very) little of Peterson, and I’ve seen him interviewed a couple of times. He seemed articulate enough, and my views on him don’t extend much beyond that.
Why on earth would anyone be so confident in their opinions based on borrowed snippets from other people?
You don’t have to have an opinion on everything, and if you do, can at it least be your own based on what you’ve read or observed?
