Gather Round went on sale and sold out back in December 
Dropped my son off at Blundstone this morning, he’s studying at the Devils Academy of Leadership and Sport this year (Brendan Gale coming in today for a session) - I grabbed a coffee and croissant to kill some time until the traffic dies down.
Opened a newspaper for the first time in AGES!! Good God they are a horrible piece of media. This was the good ol Herald Scum, still appears to be at the worst end of a very bad list.
Anyway, at the bottom of one of the sports pages was a triple of Crows news.
“Nicks finds support” - pumping up Davis.
“Delay to Crows new HQ” - pushed back to Feb 2027.
“Chase on for Balme” - could sit alongside Roo on the board for a year.
Not really anything exciting, but it seems obvious to me that the club are pushing out the Nicks headline ahead of season to set the agenda that it’s on Matthew now. He has the support, no excuses.

Appears so. But we are first class on positive pr. Its the follow through and willing to wear negative pr thats our problem.

First few weeks is just about how to avoid marrying your relatives, then they move onto the really tricky stuff like counting without using your fingers and toes.I just can't get over the fact that your son is studying at the Devil's Academy. Saw this mob at the new home launch the other day. I know Fog was VC last year but I wonder if it's a bit of a look into the Leadership Group? Could do a lot worse (and usually do).

I actually live in Adelaide, so it's no biggie for me. My friends were going to drive over, so none of that was really an issue. However, the game being sold out is a real shame!
I work FIFO and I haven't been home for any of the previous Gather Rounds, so I was spewing that we were scheduled to play you guys on Gather Round to find out all tickets are sold out.
Oh well, these things happen.

Well, I was in the sea, for what it's worth. I work on an oil rig. But that's neither here nor there, as we still have Wi-Fi, so I am not exactly disconnected from the world.
Truth is, I completely switch off from most football-related stuff from around October to February. Once the season's done, I often don't log on to BigFooty for months.
To be fair, my Geelong-based friends also had no idea the game was sold out two months ago as they'd planned to come over. So, yeah... it caught me and seemingly others by surprise.

As you can see from the photo, my url for bigfooty shows a ‘hazard’ sign of sorts. I googled it and it said it means the site is not secure .
Can anyone shed any light on this? Is big footy unsafe? Are we all getting this?
