Member pre-sale started back on 9th December. So yep, really early.

FWIW, As a Vic based Crows supporter I don’t bother with Gather Round. Accom and flights easily triple and can’t get into half the nice restaurants etc. But I can see the appeal of getting amongst the festival type setting.

We went last year and I wouldn't do it again. Don't get me wrong, it was great fun, but going to 6 games of footy in a weekend was a bit much! lol. And it cost a bomb. Glad to have done it, but won't do it again.

Switched of a while go due to the ridiculous amount of ads and just the crapness of the shows.

Still a couple of Crows podcasts I'll tune into, just seeing if it's worth reinstalling digital radio

Daniel Harford's breakfast show on RSN is the way I go. The ads/clickbait/sensationalism nature of SEN is too much.

I haven’t listened to SEN in a long time, but I doubt it's changed.

Yeah that's what annoyed me the most, they'd have some good contributors like Buckley but the click bait stuff was just overwhelming.

I do this. They are so quick to publish the podcasts throughout the day there really is no point listening live with the ads.

On Harf's show there isn't much racing content, mostly kicks off on Michael Felgate's show after him which is 100% racing. There would be more ads on SEN than there is racing content on Harf's show.

He had Brendan Gale on this morning.

Crowject is my go to pod, though their podcast is a bit more light hearted/irreverent than most other pods.

I also listen to the Roy and HG podcast, Bludging on the Blindside. While their show is mostly rugby league related, there are a few footy references in the show.

Chicks Talking Footy is another alright podcast, but they run mostly during the AFLW season (and is quite Vic centric)

Used to listen to AA every afternoon.

Just cant do it anymore with Rowe and the way he carries on.

On the flip side, I don't mind Ginever. Was involved with a golf charity day with him a couple of years ago and seems like a genuine good guy (for someone who played for the filth).

Yeah, just read they are syndicating Brayshaw & Brownless... who they did a bit before at other times.... but I switch them off as find them rather boring.

Pity as I enjoyed the SA drive crew when had a chance to listen. The WA team have been sacked too.

MMM may save money, but suspect will cost them massive sponsorship with loss of ratings.
