You would have a point if he was our best forward currently, fact is, he currently is not.

He just has the best potential, it is another development year for Moore and he is likely to be hot and cold.
Having him spend some time down back and swapping with Reid when he is running cold up forward can help both him and us.

He is our best key forward.
We just need to have faith and persist with him in the forward line he has had a bad game to open the year but it's not the end of the world. Moving him to the backline will be no good for his development. For mine he isn't a great defender and has no confidence in the backline he always looks to spoil even when he is on his own

Time to start winning games rather then saving them.

Our forward structures and set up is a shambles and our game plan is not conducive of kicking winning scores. Deliberately clogging your own f50 just so you can have repeat entries when you miss is dumb.
Make space and you will kick more goals through easier passages of play and also save energy as you are not asked to worktwice hard per shot on goal.

We are ugly to watch and play an ugly ineffective brand. Want toi see how the game should be played watch a replay of Crows games this year.

Look I agree but in saying that Moore has been off the boil ALL season and the dropped marks are becoming more and more common with him. Whoever reckons he wont have a problem with poor performances destroying his confidence need to have a re-think!

Also noticed he really often struggles to get separation on leads, more often then not his opponent is right on his hammer.

Who has called Moore a superstar? His dad maybe but this kid hasn't been able to string together twenty games of consistent football.

Like others have already mentioned, the way in which we approach our forward line is not conducive to creating scoring chances. How many times last night did you see Tex Walker, Eddie or any of the other Crow forwards not constantly leading or able to get separation from their opponent? Moore and Jesse as well are too often stationary inside fifty, or leading into the same space as other forwards.

A quicker and more direct movement of the ball would certainly help Moore. Those drop marks however, are a different story.
