With clubs in lower divisions important they look at good players in the top premier division reserves with clubs like Vermont and Blackburn who are struggling to play in their ones.At this stage well done Lilydale.

When do they hope to complete the new rooms? At this stage could you be still in the portables in 2027.

Talking to the builder, the best-case scenario is March 2027. All out of our hands, but we have the rooms on the northern oval to ease the pain. Everyone has done an amazing job of giving us a clubroom for meals, functions, and after-game catch-up. No finals, but it is what it is.

I did notice a ton of rubbish out front of the old rooms the other day as my son did laps of the car park (he’s just starting to drive)

Most of the rubbish has been left behind in the rooms to be bulldozed and shipped out to landfill.

Dylan Williams play midfield again? Watched the stream last week and he wouldve had 30&4

He's been rotating between half back and mid for the last couple of weeks but has been predominantly in the midfield. Drifted forward yesterday. Wasn't as potent today but doesn't need to be when you've got insane depth in the side. The whole side seems to be really gelling a lot better considering they had nine new players compared to last year's prelim side. If they're at full strength come finals time, I think they're the team to beat.
