I had a quick look at the Rosellas training on Wednesday and Bennett was there. As he has been for each session.

Pre season training doesnt mean a whole lot and, he was at the Hampton Meet the Coaches Day at Micks house. Time will tell i guess....

Although I know a lot of Hammers who really wanted him to be!
Barney is a Hampton man and will be back one day, question is when!
With all of the improvements to the playing list and off field dept at Peterson St, Barney's presence would absolutely cap things off for a great 08 but at present only he knows what will happen.
One way or another, the Hammers will be up and around again in 08 and it would be fantastic if Brendan wanted to get amongst it

Some fairly strong mail going around that Highett are struggling big time and have asked to go down to Div.2.This might open the door for Dingley to be promoted?

Any latest on how Highett are going? Will they be in Divvy 1? Only 5 weeks until the start of the season so the SFL better make a decision soon! Dingley Div 1? Their experts seem to think they can handle the music fairly well?
