Grigg played a couple of very good games in his first year in AFL, that made you think he'd be first 18, but he's not progressed since then.

I was overseas for the last 5 rounds of 2013, so it's entirely possible that I just missed his good games. But that's still 2 full seasons ago.

Prob depends on where he ends up , without looking at figures after pick 30 ish they might be a chance for that ...if there is limited academy talent next year don't think they will care to go into a deficit

Wouldn't actually surprise me if crows put bid on at 13 , not out of the realm of possibilities

Cmon unfair .....Paige ran Superpaige Supercoach website lst couple of years & was a commentator at U18 Vic games ......knows a lot of Vic kids and has great inside info

Normally very spot on with her analysis .....but she's had a lot on this year & not as in-tune with this draft

Cornes is over the top but he's right, the AFL aren't harsh enough on DUI. Hodge being allowed to play the GF was a disgrace. What Curnow did is far worse than what Carlisle did in my opinion.

She mentions the "modern game"... Why should the modern game be more accepting of DUI than the old era?

Also Paige is generally miles off with her PDs.

If Curnow is likely to be drafted by a Vic club you'd support the position you've taken ......I guarantee if it was Francis & he was a lock to go to Adelaide, your opinion would be the opposite

Well if she wants to know why he deserves to have an opinion on the modern game, maybe she should walk down to AFL house and take a look at the hall of fame. Let's be honest the walk wouldn't do her any harm.

Agree with this 100%. At least Carlisle only put himself at risk.

And Paige and Cornes both belong in the nuff nuff title fight

A couple of scenarios I would be happy with that seem possible

9 - Milera/McKay - 13 - Collins/Burton

Think we could aim KPP with one or both
Mckay - developing genuine tall that can pinch hit in ruck
Burton - gun Key/3rd tall forward if the leg is ok
Collins - would complete our KPD's. Talia the lock down with both Collins/Lever providing attack for big blokes.

Our last game in Perth in 2013 (15 kicks and 3 goals), his first game in the showdown (2013) when he came on half way through Q3 and finished with 15 touches and a goal.

Bruce was absolutely creaming himself over Grigg in the Showdown game. Thought we'd found a really good player after that match.
