Where is Eyre ranked? Does he go flying up boards because of these test results?? Or will clubs be 'meh' because he's tied to us?
I'm facebook friends with eDPS and we were discussing this yesterday in messenger, he reckons Eyre will still be bid on 40+

Reid did well would think about grabbing
If we get Dunkley & Caldwell and still hold a couple of 1st rd picks this year, i'd give him a good look on top of an O'Driscoll, Carroll or Perkins.

Reid, Brand, Eyre, Callow - build the future spine.

It might be 7-8-9 if Adelaide and st Kilda do a sneaky

And it will be 8-9-10 after the bid on the next Buddy. But still decent picks to play with.

And they wonder why Essendon don’t want 7 to be split haha
Pretty sure right now it will be pick 7 . Then there will be some sort of pick shuffle for later picks.

I have a feeling we might send back the fantasia pick and they could be asking for one of dow or O’Brien to follow. I don’t rate dow, but would take him as it would be glorious if we somehow turned him into a star and Carlton handed him over for peanuts (very doubtful I know).

Saad & Fantasia for 7 and Dow would be interesting

11-12-13 with Jones & McInnes likely too

Still does not worry me a lot as you are still picking from your own best list. I know some people get up in arms but we can bid if these players are there and if not we we where never getting them anyway. It is still 3 picks inside the top 25.

What's the big question marks on Brand & Eyre that have them as fairly late options?

Eyre doesn’t have enough runs on the board to be higher. If he hadve played this year he could’ve exploded - which is good for us. Brand is a lock down type that doesn’t really do anything flashy, like take massive intercept marks, or great kicking etc that can really push you up the order. Those sort of the defenders usually go later in the draft, doesn’t mean they won’t have a fantastic afl career.

still stoked with the hand. and i tend to look at the prospect lists and ignore the academy kids (i.e. JUH, Campbell etc).
Hopper is the only one that i've ever really thought it would be nice to have access to.

Dunkley for a 2021 1st feels a lot better when you have 3x top 10ish picks.

So Brand is your Talia or Grundy (SYD) type that would just quietly go about their business at a high level without anyone really noticing that somehow <insert opposition star tall forward> never seems to kick goals against their team?

Yep from what I’ve seen so far he’s your no frills lock down key back, get the job done. That’s not saying he can’t develop his intercept game and so on down the track.

I don't mind when my KPD's come without frills and get the job done. Don't mind it at all.
