Actually Gav is on the veterans list but as part of the 38 on the main list. We do only have 1 spot but Gav is on the veterans list. The veterans list used to be so simple. AFL:rolleyes:

"I've been on AIS camps. We've had three of them so far. You get to learn about being a professional athlete, monitoring your diet and things like that. It's to make you a more complete AFL player.

You do a bit of training, but the rest is lifestyle, learning how to manage it better. It's made me a lot more educated. I don't know how, if I didn't have this training, I'd be able to manage my own fitness and prepare for a game.

I like Jason Akermanis because of his speed and his versatile play up forward and on the ball.

But he's also got a character outside football; he can have a joke and he's not just 100 per cent focused on the game. He can switch off."
