The amazing thing with Fletch is that he doesn't look a day older than 25 the way he's playing. I look forward to many good years still to come.

I honestly think Fletcher is one of the most under-rated players of his generation. His skill and composure are unbelievable, and he must be one of the best rebound attacking defenders to have ever played

That is so True will be a very sad day when Dustin leaves us. One of my all time favourite players for the Red and Black. Always puts in a top effort.

He was clearly BOG last night... just gets overshadowed by the big names sometimes.

I think he's been in our best 3 almost every game this year.

It is unbelievable just how good he has been this year and how important to our structure he is.

I was thinking of starting an appreciation thread on him today
