Not sure,

I expect had he been granted a permitt, might have seen him in the orange and green by now,

He'd allready be suspended by now if he had taken the field - THUG who is time bomb waiting to go off... Hopefully is never allowed to pull the boots on again......

Is that from experience Sticks ??

Be keen to know the background on that comment ??

Heard & Seen a few things he has done over in the WRFL including knocking a young kid out in the 2nd division prelim final last year resulting in a suspension to his playing permit which the EDFL will not re-open.

Chased an umpire off the field a few years back playing for Braybrook.....

From what I've head his energy and love for the game is first rate... Had done a good job keeping the Braybrook footy club together over the years but once he crosses the white line he is a dangerous man......

JAMA - IYO will he be coaching KP next season ?

Not aware of any reputations etc, had little to do with the guy. I am only a spectator from a far these days, and from what I hear from some mates around the place seems OK

Not sure about coaching next season, seems to done alright with limited resources ???

Boys with all the going ons this week, resulting in this Saturday's KP v EK relegation match, where to for both of the Coaches. Surely relegation would mean the boot for that coach. But funny things have/or will happen on the Coaching front. Had a conversation with a fella that went like this: "Coach Peter Zouzounis is stepping down tonight due to players being idiots, the mail is David Callander is going to take over l hear which is a step in the right direction." Surely this can't be so, the fella has them undefeated. Are some of the players' egos to hot to handle.
Now before you shoot the messenger, it can't be right could it:confused:

Maybe WRFL Fan can give us some insight into Gaylards WRFL history ???

Keilor Park have been competitive which I feel has alot to do with Broadbent & Misiti coming back on board.... They give them the structure they need not to fall apart..... Could have been ugly had those 2 not played the last 6-8 games....

From my understanding Gaylard promised a number of recruits that never made their way up to arctic park including - Leigh Cook (parkside) Mick Gadsden (O.P / Sunbury) and a few aboriginal boys from SA and NT....

Is recruiting the coaches responsibility ?????

Callender could be a handy aquistion as he has already spent a couple of weeks including match day duties at Marby Park this season.....

IMO Callender will definitely coach next season - doubt it will be in the EDFL - feeling he may go bush ???

I don't think 'Nudie' Callander will be coaching in the bush next year as he has just opened a new business. maybe a chance of coaching local.

Match played between Colt's and Braybrook ,a group of his own supporter's were bagging him because they were getting flogged so he bolted from the ground during the game into the group and fronted one of them but came off second best ,but to his credit played the match out with a large gash over his eye bandaged up looking like a towel head that should have been playing for Parkside. As for Cookie wanted to go but couldn't get a clearance .

Wonder if that incident was placed in his C.V ??

Remembering that favorite son Dean Brown also put in for the K.P job ?

Cookie was never going to play at KP - every year he enters the idea of playing at a different club but always stays at the Magpies. Did he get his sign on from KP

Can anyone tell me who are the EK players on a VFL list?
Tim Addison & Glenn Coleman. They aren't previous East Keilor players, they are both from NSW and needed a club to play at when not picked for Werribee. They were both picked for Werribee Reserves so weren't available for EK against Strathmore.

Couldn't believe it when Brown was overlooked for Gaylard. Does anyone know why Brown wasn't the choice?

you'd have to suggest that Gaylard promised he could bring a number a recruits to the club. It's all well and good recruiting a number of players to the club, but they haven't really picked up any players that will take them places. i.e key position players, ruckman etc etc.

or perhaps they wanted someone from outside the club to take over, instead of a Keilor Park person. Beleive JAMA or sloth6 would know more than anyone else posting on this thread.

mate I am not sure, I just go to the home games and stand in the forward pocket on the far side of the ground and watch the action.

Couldn't answer why Dean Brown was over looked ??

Must hurt the Devils, when they see Barclay kicking goals against ********* opposition each week in B Grade and Mercuri turn it on against the likes of North Coburg, Roxburgh Park and Sydhenham Hilliside when he plays.

What could have been for the boys in the orange and green.

But they'll still get over EK this week. They're in disarray.

Anyone have any idea how the investigation with East Keilor went the other night. Klacks surely you must know something.

No official word on East Keilor but rumour from the Wizard of OZ is that the players legitimately suffered from the same afflictions as the Tinman and the Lion and the coach and committee had the Scare Crows problem.

The EDFL are handling it like an official investigation. The EDFL investigation officer is doing all the detective work at the moment and will report to the EDFL board once he's finished. I'd be surprised if we heard anything next week as well.
