What have Keilor and Strathmore got to do with this? Or did you decide to opportunistically lump them in as well just because you envy/dislike them?
Abers, well that just says it all. Keilor, how many weeks suspension down graded to what. Strathmore, well yes you could be right there. All three seem to also get the best of the umpires decisions.

Don’t think so. Abers got off extremely lightly. However your post, and plenty of previous ones also smacks of a chip on the shoulder and a massive inferiority complex towards more currently successful clubs. One could be forgiven for thinking that you’ve been studying at Turbo’s school of paranoia and conspiracy theories.

Rumours are true, Shylo Smith is moving from Nipper Jordan..... quite easily from one wing to the other!! Plain and simple he is playing at Douttas!!!Can we please move on from any rumour regarding EDS!!!

Well he played yesterday against Deer Park and played very well for the half he played, he is a very good player and wish him and Doutta all the best for 2018.

Move on, nothing to see here.. no-one cheated, too many people with integrity to do anything like that ;)
No one cheated. Your correct , it wasn't one , it is your WHOLE club that is now tainted with the title " SALARY CAP CHEATS ".
Its astounding that Greenvale along with the other 8 clubs , who were able to limit their spending to the rules , are happy to put up with a Rat in the ranks .
May as well recruit Smith and Warner to lead the mighty Gorillas

G'day fella's.. Just on the topic of u/19's - Premier..
I was told these clubs will not field a team this year(can anyone from these clubs confirm or deny).. I'm hoping it isn't true
West Coburg
Glenroy
Doutta's..

Jets will field a team but will just scrape in the numbers so possibility of forfeits..

All other clubs have confirmed they will field teams

Not good at all

Can confirm WCFC will not have an under 19s side in 2018.

It’s not good enough imo and maybe the 19s need to look at other options previously mentioned or even joining with the NFL to form a competition based on form. I’m sure 19s would prefer to test themselves against the best. Might be good for TAC cup selectors and recruiters as well.

OR do neighbouring clubs merge 19s to build a more competitive side or even 2 sides so kids play in their correct grade..
The thought behind this is to not lose kids to footy at that age..

I understand the issue with Glenroy as that’s a tough area to get kids that age.. West Coburg is a surprise but once again a tough area to get kids. BUT what’s going on with Douttas? Always had good numbers. But is my theory from years ago “that was shut down” now maybe true in that money changed hands in junior footy ranks to persuade players and coaches across? They have recently spent a lot on their senior footy side on field and off field so have they neglected the junior system?

A major issue is many of the kids were promised a seniors gig at lower division and ultimately offered a contract. When you're offered a couple of hundred dollars as a 18 kid, unfortunately it turns heads.

WC played finals last year, so that is surprising.
The Ammos don’t seem to have problems.

Bingo or they know there chances playing 1’s are low due to the money being offered, the 250k cap is what’s stuffing it all up, it’s way to high.

So when a player breaks a leg or damages his knee and is ruled out for the year but on top of that maybe has to struggle to make things meet financially especially if he has no sick leave , that’s ok eh? Stuff the cap , these guys aren’t professionals and should be allowed to earn as much as they can ! Let the point system equalise the comp
