Key defenders are pretty hard to gauge in terms of draft range, in that range I’m thinking the likes of Cox, Reid and Chapman could be available. In the case of Essendon if your asking for that Cody Brand is a key defender in their NGA so should be covered for key defenders.
If you fund a camp for kids to train at that is a blatant inducement.

I thought he was referring to a management group not being allowed to offer inducements to sign with them and suggesting that funding a training camp for them would be considered such.

The day after draft of the previous year, so for these kids late November last year.
But for the underagers at the camp, end of this year - that's where the raised eyebrows are coming from I think.

Yeah I don’t know if are actually allowed to be there, seems like Connors has a monopoly on the ‘21 draft with the players named.

Hey guys what are your thoughts on the Eastern Ranges Salele Faegaimalii. Was arguably the best performed bottom ager last year half way through the season. I thought the Hawks would be getting a steal as an NGA. Hasn’t played after round 11. Was an absolute beast running through the middle. And proficient on both sides. Another is Charlie Lazzaro from the Geelong Falcons. I rate these boys just as high as Phillips.....
On another note, not sure how to look at this. I know there has been a lot of talk about Eddie Ford and him being a top 10-15 pick by some. I saw a few of the Jets games last year and more so the previous year. How was Jeka only rated as a rookie pick yet Ford is being touted as first rounder. In my view over the past two years Jeka at 197cm was a far better prospect from the Jets. I’ve seen some really good spirts from Ford but also a lot of laziness from him also. There is no way there should be that great a difference of Jeka and Ford.
Anyways interested to hear your thoughts.
