I think Chelsea (haven't watched any of their games) have performed better against better sides so far this season?
Probably suggestive of their players/the way they're setting up being more suited to sides that come at them.

That could be totally wrong but just a perception based on results and comments about their performance.

Definitely a difficult game for Tottenham, regardless of where they are on the table as they'll attack Chelsea who definitely have the personnel to be damaging on the counter attack.

The main question mark on Villa is their performances and results away from home. If they can sort that out they'll challenge the top four imo. By 'challenge' I mean within 5-6 points with 3 or 4 games left (at a minimum). Actually on paper think Villa are at least Tottenham's equal so as they season progresses it could really be a battle between Villa, Newcastle and Spurs for that fourth spot.

And I'd love Tottenham to win it but the squad depth just isn't there.

Mudryk loved Ange ball in the CL. Roasted Juranovic a few times. Porro would be the guy you would target defensively at Spurs as well.

Of the top five, Arsenal undoubtedly have the hardest game this weekend. Newcastle will provide a test. Much will depend on who Arsenal have fit and ready.

You’ve almost got the full set now.
Tottenham 4 against top 10 6 against bottom 10
Man City 5 against top 10 5 against bottom 10
Arsenal 3 against top 10 7 against bottom 10
Liverpool 5 against top 10 5 against bottom 10
Aston Villa 4 against top 10 6 against bottom 10

City and Tottenham have only had 4 home games, Arsenal 6

There isn't that big a difference in the fixture difficulty so far apart from maybe Arsenal

We've had an easier draw than some. Haven't had to play against Ange ball ;)

Agreed, but with context that three of the four were Brentford 10th, Man Utd (worst top ten team ever, have won 5 games whilst leading for a total of 96 minutes!) and beating a 9-man VAR (replay anyone!) Liverpool in the 96th minute with an own goal, as well as Chelsea this week, it’s been a pretty fortuitous run, and good on them for taking full advantage.

You might need to get more than 1 shot on target that you had last week to beat Chelsea this week.
Unless the whole Chelsea team magically finds their shooting boots and with Sanchez in goal, 1 shot on target is probably enough

Bad vibes about Luton town game.

Feels like a point dropper

Should be able to easily account for them. The only concern is Storm Ciaran, if it is still around on Sunday. Could cause some serious havoc at a small exposed ground like Kenilworth Rd.

Luton are a bit misleading, have only lost two games by more than one goal, so they aren't easybeats like Sheff Utd.
