title pretty much says it all, not trolling or anything like that (actually im unaware of what it exactly means, but nonetheless)

not essendons best tagger, but essendons player that is most likely to be tagged each week?
just who are opposing teams going to try and shutdown during this season from the bombers?

love to here ur thoughts? as you would know best.

Doing some dreamteam research KB..?? ;)
Answering your question, Stanton will get the no.1 tag from our bunch of mids..

Nuts & Bolts ... still shattered to see him go.

It's gotta be Slats, just look up Kerr's stats from our first game with WCE last year. 3 kicks, 1 mark, 14 H/B.

sorry i mean the no.1 player oppositions clubs will be looking to tag from essendon.

but ur answer is part the reason why i ask this question, so many available otions as stoppers - peveril, mcveigh, slats just to name a few. dont c many other clubs with 3 good taggers.

*eeh-aww*

Sorry about that.

Good point. I reckon Davey with a bigger tank this year could draw a tag; Jetta and Dempsey will also be on team's radars - given the development I'm praying for.

Stanton would be the obvious choice. Although i think teams would probably not bother with a tagger, prefering to go head to head with one of their midfielders. The opposition would be trying to curb Watsons dominance in the clearances. If Fletcher is used as our offensive defender again, i think there will be a few teams trying to take him out of the play as well. Winderlich could be another that may draw a tag as he provides plenty of run and carry through the middle. Although No A Grade midifelders at the moment, some handy players.

- Stanton would be the first place you look but given the size of his tank he would be hard to tag.

- Watson would be a priority at the stoppages. But inside players are harder to tag.

-Winderlich is probably 3rd on the list and is probably the most tagable.

It was Stanton last year, but Winderlich started to get a lot of attention.

Teams don't tag Watson, they put a bloke on him that can hurt him the other way.

Stants then Winders. Then maybe Lovett. Teams don't tag Watson types so much, rather try and go head-to-head
I'm not quite sure if McVeigh would be tagged per se, bit all over the shop so makes him hard to match up
