Anyone playing this?

I've picked it up but played a grand total of about an hour and a half so far. I'm really impressed so far though. Nice change to have a game thats not obviously American or Japanese.

Looks good.

I played the first one and enjoyed it for a while but became bored with it. The reviews I have read for part 2 all seem to be pretty positive but with Fallout 3 coming out soon I imagine any time I get to play the 360 will be spent on that and PES 2009 once I pick it up.

Will probably buy this game in a month or so cuz i got exams in the way during that month
I have a 5 day cup weekend though so i'll play Fallout 3 Then :D

im playing this at the moment on hire. its pretty damn good i must say. i'd liek to buy it however i dunno when ill find time to play it with fallout coming out this week and guitar hero world tour coming also (both on preorder).

I loved the first fable. It had it's flaws, but it was one of the few games a really got into (ever since i got into WOW, I don't get into games anymore for whatever reason). I'd love to play fable II, but I don't have a 360. I probably wont buy it on PC either (my PC sucks)

Ok, just finished this game. Its a lot of fun, and I love the art direction but seriously.

Easiest, game, ever.

Wasn't killed once the entire time, and the final boss "fight" was the biggest joke I've ever seen.

You shoot the guy once, he dies, the end.

Terrible ending.

Did you lean toward good or evil? Own many house/shops? Get married?

What are your thoughts on it? I thought the combat system was cool, art direction was brilliant, storyline was pretty good (didn't really explain where your 'guide' came from though at all) but the game didn't offer much of a challenge, and as predicted, Molyneux completely overstated the players ability to affect his surroundings.

Haven't had time to play it much yet. Combat seems cool if a little clunky, art is nice, haven't had much storyline, but I'm more curious to explore the economy of the world, apparently you can change things quite a bit by your actions. Maybe you should explore that? Apparently it's best after you have completed the storyline.

I finished the game a few days ago. The main story is fairly short but there are a ton of side missions to do after. Agree with Karl for once, the end mission was pretty ridiculous to be honest. However funniest thing happens if you hold out there.

Also I have Reaver dolls to trade if anyones going for the dolls achievement

Yeah i agree the ending was such a let down, especially since the fight against jack of blades in fable 1 was so good. Although fable 2 was similar to fable 1 in that you don't think your anywhere near the end, then half and hour later the games over:rolleyes:

Maybe the name gave it away...

Or the fact she is blind.....

Or the clothes she wears......

Or maybe you havent played Fable 1

Theresa is your sister in the 1st game.

Dont ask me how she survived for 500 years, maybe cosmic forces at play, just like the same number of keys and gargoyles.....
