Stupid question but what have most of the hardcore campaigners done in terms of quests?

I think I rushed and already have killed Kellog without really exploring and gathering quests? When did people stray from the main quest path?

Pretty much straight away. Most I think have just explored until they needed to nudge the story forward for XP or to open something up or whatever. I didn't go to Kellog until level 30something, some probably later. I'm only two main quests ahead of that at 47.

Im spending most my time doing the brotherhood side quests which in turn give me xp whilst exploring the the map (clearing areas)

Bugger. Gonna have to load my first save and start over I think. So when did you stop the main quest? After Concord? What places do you recommend visiting early? Dont want to get swamped by Super Mutants.

If I so brotherhood of steel missions will that trigger any main story shit? I'm looking to do side quests and exploring.

Not entirely sure. I know the BoS missions so far haven't gotten near the main quest for my playthrough. But maybe skip them just in case, they aren't that special anyway.

I dislike the BoS in this series. Seem like massive wAnks

Usually when I don't play a game for a week or so I never go back to it, for some reason.

Only had one session on this in the past week and a half but getting fo 4 cravings!

Don't stress about it. There is no right or wrong way to play fallout. You know when you have done a mission too early as you'll come across a bunch of skull enemies and get your arse handed to you. If that happens you can just retreat and do something else for a while.

They have always been massive wanks

Only have a few trophies left that aren't story related so going to try and tie them up shortly. Next I would like to get out of the way is "Harder they Fall." Does anyone know if level 47 be enough to tackle the rest of the unique behemoths and mirelurk queens or are they super highly leveled? I'm pretty sure I got the killing blows on Swan and the mirelurk queen that was at the castle (I nade spammed the queen so not 100% it wasn't me or an NPC but I know Swan definitely died to my Fatboy) but have looked up the locations of another 5 that I will suit up in power armor and tackle solo.

Up to level 42 now and im not playing as hard core as my first few weeks. Have knocked off a few miscellaneous quests so my quest log doesnt look so messy. Got about 11000 caps but not sure what to buy with it? Would anyone agree that there are too many aids? I must have about 50. Really tedious having to scroll down through my items so much. Feels like i spend as much time looking through the pipboy as i do at the environment.

Still havent had the alien event happen. Tempted to look at youtube videos but i dont want to spoil the surprise if that makes sense. Is probably a good thing my hours invested is settling back to a normal amount. My house is a mess.

Level 102 and no aliens event. Driving me mad but nice to know I'm not alone.

How many stimpaks do people have?
Don't think I've ever had this much.
I try not to use them but at one point I was always going for them and even had to buy some.

Got about 260ish at the moment, I'm guessing most would have more than that since I wasted them at the start.

I have about 200. Level 29 and just come across the Railroad. I get my health back with the ****loads of water, tato, corn, carrot and mutfruit I gather at my settlements.

Whats tatos,precious

so hit quicksave before spending a perk on armour 4 and then getting the jetpack - doesnt seem worth it. The jetpack burns through all of your AP within about 3 seconds, and the drain on Fusion core is massive. Think ill just stick to Core Assembly and put the Perk point into Lone Wanderer #2.

So I officially hate the main story and am debating not finishing it.

I'm at the area where
father orders you to kill the railroad
can someone tell me if I'm close to the end?

Love the game, love exploring, love the side quests and am starting to love building settlements but the main quest is shithouse.
