I play on legendary and I don't find too many problems to be honest. I miss chances and i score chances. It happens. I lose games and i win them. Its a hard thing though for ea sports. People say they want keepers to improve and not be beaten so easily but then it gets too hard. I don't have a problem. I find them fine to me. You can't score every one on one just like you can't score every 30 yarder. Its all about placement or sidestepping the keeper.

I also don't find the referees that bad either. Sure they make bad decisions, but i always seem to win FK's. Most of the time.

The one thing that annoys me the most is just lag. That is all. It really hampers my game and i consider myself a pretty good player. I'm beatable but I'm good.

In other news, i was looking through the FIFA forums and apparently they have a list of all the bugs in MM mode. Its up to 63. Including the one from freofan_mundy where Van persie will be 90 before you start the game, but be 83 when your playing the game.

in MM players ratings are up and down so much, how does this get worked out? Howard has kept 4 clean sheets but slipped to 77 overall.

I played fifa 10 for the 1st time 2day and I must say Liverpool are utter shite in it. They were a nightmare to use against my mates who used Arsenal and Real Madrid.

Firstly all the players get outmuscled for the ball so easily even by Theo and Almunia. And then the players never get any of rebounds after a tackle or shot. Its always the other team that gets the loose ball.

Then comes the shit passing as they always pass to the wrong area. The defence is shizenhousen aswell. Pepe Reina always has a brain explosion and gets caught out in no mans land even if you don't call him out.

Another bad thing is my players kept getting body checked and tackled from behind and I never got free kicks, while I would just touch the Real Madrid players and they automatically get free kicks. It seems there are rules for Liverpool and then rules for the rest. It is just so infuriating when all the decisions go against you.

In fifa 09 Liverpool were decent in it but in this they are just shocking. And to think they are supposed to be actually better in this one

God I'm getting pissed off at the shooting in this. I'm missing the most ridiculously easy shots at goal. I'll play a game, have 10+ shots on target and be lucky to score one of them. And whats with corners and crosses? its near impossible to score

What is your shooting set to? Manual? I'd be interested to hear what people have their passing/crossing etc set on.

I was using Semi for shooting and was getting incredibly pissed off as well, missing so many shots and it didn't really feel like the ball was going where I aimed so made the switch to Manual and it seems much better. If you stuff up a shot it can go closer to the corner flag but my shooting felt better last night.

I also nailed two headers from crosses after experiencing problems with that for the whole time I've had the game.

Wow this is the worst case I've seen. Makes me think I've got buckleys in m Man Utd MM. I'm sitting 7th after 3 games . Slowly climbing back though. Doesn't help that Owen seems to take 15 shots before he gets one in.

Does anyone else fall to bits in the last few mins??! I swear I have been scored on 10+ times in 85+ mins zone. It's like they get this extra dose of skill.

You will probably get sacked pretty soon. I've been booted out twice by United!

The last 5-10mins it seems that the computer lifts a gear and not only do they pass it around with ease but they charge forward and put a lot of pressure on my defence which ends up crumbling.

mundy - I tap 'shoot' just the once for headers... quite often they will balloon over the bar but I nailed a couple of nice ones last night with Arshavin and Chopra.

Tell you what EA had better hurry the f*ck up and release a patch!! This is getting ridiculous.

- CANNOT score from corners.
- CANNOT score from crosses.
- Shooting is absoloutely shithouse. I just scored my first goal in about 4 games after about 40 shots. Bloody stupid what they manage to miss.
- They tried to improve the advantage rule and they've just made it worse. Around the ground its ok, but wtf is the go with my STRs getting absoloute drilled after a shot and there being no free??
- To add to that, the umpiring is absoloutely terrible. Players can just run straight through you and no free kick. But if I do it, its a FK.
- I dont care what anyone says, Rooney cannot be just pushed off the ball like a school kid, it just doesnt happen. If I cant do it to Drogba with Vidic, then Fabrice Muamba certainly can't do it to Rooney!!
- And whats with the keepers still being ******s? They still aren't aggressive enough, especially with balls that sit to the left or the right of the goal. RUN AT THE BALL AND PICK THE BLOODY THING UP!!
- and dont get me started on the fact that teams manage to turn into freaks in the dying minutes GRRR!!!

The rating system in FIFA has always been shit, and it remains that way. They have no idea.

Last year, you could finish the season with 90% saves and 5 more cleansheets than anyone else and still not rate in the top 20.

You could kick twice as many goals as any other STR (not an over exageration) and not even rate in the top 20 STR.

Right button, bottom left or right corner depending on the best foot of the bloke in posession. Every single time. I am on World Class with some fair dinkum shitmen and I drain them much more often than not.

The biggest issue is the ****ing rain. 5 games in a row last night. My CF now has webbed hands.

To be honest this is most likely you. Play around with the assistance. I score a fair bit from corners but missed some sitters too.

Shooting is harder but try different shooting styles. I have found different players shoot better with the power shot or the finesse shot.

The advantage was better last year. This year you have 1 second for it to be an advantage.

Agreed, plus gettings reds for normal tackles because you are the last defender.

I like this to an extent. As long as you don't panic I find it is usually ok. I panicked against the better sides and paid the price for it.

The way to go in manager mode is to start off with a shit team. I started off with leeds and won the league and now I'm in coca cola league. My manager reputation is 2 and half stars now and the board has full confidence in me. It's exciting I just upgraded some of my staff and bought aaron ramsey for 6 mil and jack wilshere for 5 mil. This is on legendary btw, can't wait to make it to the premier league!

I had the same problem on semi, so many shots would go a foot wide of the post but then I changed to manual. Takes a bit of getting used to and it feels like I have more control over where the ball goes but we will see when I have played a few more matches as I've only had 5 or 6 on this setting.

Yeah I used manual on the demo. I found it far to sensitive, but they might have changed it.

It just shouldn't be a problem though. I know it's not me because Im a skilled FIFA player and I'm missing the back of the net a ridiculous amount of times.
