FREMANTLE squad for Friday's game

Troy Simmonds, Paul Hasleby, Anthony Jones, Dion Woods, Jeff Farmer, Shaun McManus, Matthew Carr, Troy Cook, Dale Kickett, Antoni Grover, Brendon Fewster, James Walker, Justin Longmuir, Shane Parker Trent Croad, Jason Norrish, Clive Waterhouse, Graham Polak, Steven Koops, Matthew Pavlich, Simon Eastaugh, Peter Bell, Andrew Shipp, Paul Medhurst, Andrew Siegert, Luke Webster, Ben Cunningham, Daniel Haines.

How will Trent Croad go in his first game for the Dockers? First round draft pick Polak is in the squad as well. The Wizard - can he weave some magic? It seems like a fairly good squad to start off with...any thoughts?

Well if Croad maintains his form from the recent practice match then he will struggle...dammit! Oh wee - we don't want him to peak to early in the season;)

I am pleased to see Polak getting a gallop, as well as Medhurst and Shipp.

Fewster is in the team because I reckon Chris doesn't know what to make of him yet.

All the best for friday night.

Croady knows how to turn on a spectacular show anytime.

Watch him and I am sure he will turn it on Friday night.

Polak is in there to gain experience, I don't expect him to play too much senior football this year if all goes well for the Dockers. He will continue his football education at the Gummies, ready for a full senior assult as a "man" in 2003.

Watch for Clive, he will play better than last Friday.

Give Croad some leeway, as with Clive he will show his goods in a stronger contest.

I think the garlic munchers will be seeing alot of Fewster this year, that's unless he's learned how to harness his bodies strength and use it for a good purpose.

damn straight.

Yep, I think clive will be better for the run last week, sure he dropped a few grabs, but at least he was presenting himself, and out in front ... thats the main thing this time of year.

Simmonds looked great at the practice match, and the centre square rule with the 10m circle will only benefit him, meaning he can use his leap, instead do the primus style run through the man at the contest, which clearly inst his game ;)

Farmer is the one to watch, as we all know, damn he looked sharp at the weekend, but all up that squad looks solid tome - I think we should do the bullies failry easily - no height in defence, and missing some runners - I mean any side with Kingsley and Bandy in it has to struggle in the hard contests now doesnt it! :D

Its great to see Clive out and about again!:D

Go Clive!!!!!

ps - that "oh wee" I posted above is meant to say "oh wait". This is what happens when you post in a hurry at work because you hear your boss in the corridor.;)
