He's a dog and so is his old man.
I was half hoping they traded the campaigner to * just to see him tear up at having to leave mum and dad behind

I was amazed he travelled interstate at all in fact

It’s my wishlist that he never plays for the club. Doesn’t deserve to.

Just imagine in 5 years time he wants to do a Joe Daniher , and come to North, after his old man is no longer assistant coach and re settled into the leafy eastern suburbs
I’ll piss myself laughing

Just imagine in five years time hanging with Buddy and Joey D, he can have a nice big expensive habit too.

I tried to be nice with my long term hopes for Nick pre-draft so will hold to that line.

I don't wish serious injury or ailment on him.

In 2025 I just want his main income to come from being the bloke who says "hello how are you?" and handing you a brochure as you walk into George Street Officeworks.

You reckon they'll let that freak anywhere near the public?

He'll be out the back.

Wasn't one of his sons born while we playing at Telstra dome against - port maybe? I can't remember. But he was escorted to the hospital by the police for the birth. Hopefully that means something to the kid. Unlike Judas Blakey

To be fair the Judas (or snake if we are being biblical) is John, his father. Nick is Eve who fell for it.

Well, we now know your current job.

I couldn’t make it on the day but he was awarded the BOG medal
When I further pressed my mates, who were involved with the opposition, and barrack for collingwood, their collective response was
...”meh, he got it because of his name”
I’m still trying to work out the percentages between saltiness and reality

Aren't BOG medals in junior football grand finals awarded by umpires? If so, I imagine the umpires would be afraid to pick anyone else.

Didn't Sav miss that 83 point thrashing at Etihad v Port and Corey came into the side ?

Still rememeber 1/4 time score as NM 6.6 to Port 6.1 ?

Kicked ourselves out of it. Top tier was closed because of small crowd 😢

Sav got there in a nick of time to take the ground and took a big speccy early in the match.

Probably Callum Urch's best match for North.

Jackson Archer was in the u/16 Knights squad this year and played for Vic Metro in the u/15's last year.

He however didn't play in the u/16 champs, so unsure of how he's tracking.
Nice so Jackson Archer eligible in the 2021 draft
And then Cooper Harvey the year after in 2022 draft

It's also Darby Scott's top age year in 2020, I think.

He was in the GC academy program when Bailey was deciding, was meant to be pretty decent as well.

Didn't seem to be in the 2019 lists and isn't in the 2020 lists either, so has either given footy away or was cut.

It looks like he played Broadbeach u/16's in 2018 but nothing from 2019 and not in the 2020 GC lists.

I may be wrong and he might be 2021, but no paper trail at that age isn't a great sign in a small market like the GC.

Bailey was a big prospect from a long way out and went in the 40's.

The whole family moved down to Melbourne when Bailey chose us, which is why Darby isn’t in the GC academy anymore.
