Oh thank goodness I actually purchased this in game preview and it disappeared from my Xbox One library after it had been banned hopefully its back now and I don't have to fool around getting MS to put it back onto my account

It should do. I noticed the same thing happen on Steam and should just be the flick of a switch on the store side for it to reappear in your library.
