There’s still no excuse for the outcome with the poor staffer and you’d feel shithouse afterwards making someone so miserable at work. All the negativity would’ve made things very toxic.
Jack’s right though, some approaches work for some groups and others work better for the dynamics of another.
Some groups respond better to a kick up the ass, others rather constructive feedback to keep their confidence up.

Our bosses got Leading Teams in at TAFE to try and get the BD staff (sales staff) to fit in with other parts of the Organisation , there were a lot of good ideas come out off the sessions , but Management didn’t buy in as that would have created tensions with the education staff , complete and utter waste of time and money as everyone needed to get on board.You'd have too question why Murphy?Seems like he's the opposite too the outcomes we got from Emma.
