The Heritage jumper we are playing in is a great look. I am impressed.

The 1886 jumpers are a bit of a shocker. Am glad we are not playing in them. They look pjama's.

It's not actually Heritage Round this week, we are apparently wearing the jumpers/shorts in honour of what would have been EJ's 75th birthday (July 27).
I like it, I assume we will wear the same gear in Round 19 (Heritage Round for real!) to maximise marketing opportunity.

Wow those shorts were terrible, I kept thinking they were Carlton players all day...don't like the jumper either- but it was a nice thing to do for EJ's birthday (and Griffens too, not that that was a factor...).

1925 to 1974 that what Footscray wore every Home game.
I loved the jumper. It's still the best look of all the designs worn over the years.
The shorts didn't need to be done, but good on them for trying them out in a game.

As for Heritage Round, I think you'll find the club wore it this week because Tom Wills Round will only have the Melbourne v Geelong game with actual Heritage jumpers, all the other games will just be regular jumpers.
