How long left for Fletcher

I've recently seen a lot of comments about needing to find a replacement for Fletch.
I'm not exactly in the camp that says he is near the end.
Obviously he is at the wrong end of the age bracket, BUT i feel he could have another 4-5 years left in him.
He hasn't had major injury problems and just seems like the type that physically could go on longer than most.
Of course we do need to replace him ( If only that was possible ) but it may not be the screaming hurry some suggest.

PS: I think Lucas is in this catagory also.

So how long do you think he has?
