This sort of feels to me like many things on Social Media now days - all you hear from is the disgruntled minority that makes enough noise to sound like a majority. When the vote/verdict actually come in though you quickly discover all that noise was for nought and the minority was in fact, well, the minority after all.

A preliminary artist impression isn't going to be entirely accurate, particularly for things not yet figured out (like how much air the facade needs to let in for growing grass). Nevertheless those early renderings did show some consideration for such factors, and the small difference to the end product has nothing to do with cost.

If they had done away with the 360-degree internal concourse, then the comparison to Carrara would have some grounding in reality. Instead, the comparison is about as serious as the imaginary $3 billion pricetag.

Yeah they've spent the whole year debating it including gaining political support from the unions but they're still unsure "if they have the workers"
