Injury Update

After the Richmond loss where I sat stunned and almost in tears in front of the TV for half an hour my 7yr old son 'asked' me if he was allowed to change teams. It's been 'tough' for him this season so far!!!!! Well I gave him an almighty death stare and 'politely' explained that I would never ever take him to watch another club and that if I wanted his opinion 'I'd give it to him'. He got the message loud and clear. Any North parent must never give in to the changing your club b/c they're currently crap scenario.
Also I often explain to all my 3 Harvey's Heroes that things change in football and remind them of the 70's and 90's when we were like what Collingwood and Geelong are nowdays.
They love all the stuff they gets in their membership package, the birthday card they receive in the mail from Brent Harvey and they footy clinic at Arden st during the year . I tell them no other club does this whilst my wife just rolls her eyes.

Six months ago the bride was full of gas and an epidural. She did the right thing and said the three greatest words on earth 'it's a boy' before falling into some sort of sleep. The doctor takes the young boy out after cleaning him up and the wife is chatting to the midwife....'what is his name'...'Archer' I whisper as he takes him away. The wife says 'why Archer'...'You know...the racehorse' etc. etc. She then finds out why and lectures on me on making sure that Archer has a choice...and he does...he either follows North or he cops the kettle cord.

Thanks for that heartening news kg7. I love what Ed brings to the table (no, not for a romantic dinner for two) and wish him all the very best in his comeback to full fitness. It's been a rough road for him over the past few months and our side's missed his toughness.

Totally agree TT, we've definitely missed him and Levi this year and I cant wait to have them back doing what they do best. Hopefully we can get them, Hmac and Basti back around mid-season. Im sure Ed is doing what ever he can to get back and hoping he can prove that he deserves a spot in the team. Another thing that I love about Ed is his attitude

Consider JWS for example. Did the club know he wasnt ever going to be right for AFL footy and basically hoped it would get better, rather than proactively going out Geelong Max Rooke style and actually adressing it?
