When the music is playing with the album/playlist you want, and you're on the screen with the album art (and play/pause, skip etc.) shown, just tap the screen, brings up the progress bar along with repeat, shuffle and genius. Repeat is the two arrows one, tap it until its blue, but doesn't show the 1 (with the 1, it repeats the same song).

the sales person was fantastic, very helpful in regards to sales - based in Sydney.
deliveries team were ok, finally admitted they made a mistake - based in sydney

I rang up on monday and talked to the computer for 5 mins trying to get put through to the right department.
Then i had a query on my account so was transferred to god knows where.
after getting no where i hung up on them, and rang the direct number of the sales person who signed me up and asked what the hell is going on.
I got her to email me the response, i then replied saying it was unacceptable and unprofessional and asked it to be forwared to her Supervisor. i know nothing will happen, but made me feel a bit better
