Seriously though, what he did was a mistake. He was very lucky to keep his job, but he did. It's a fact of life, just as the boys club is a fact of life within footy clubs. James Hird oversaw a program where his players were pumped full of experimental and off label drugs! yet he'll be welcomed back into the fold at the end of his suspension. In fact, they love him so much they gave him an extension! There's your boys club right there! Compare what Trigg did (**** up with ONE players contract) to that of Hird. Perspective. Triggy was very bloody lucky to keep his job and I know he is wanting to make amends. Maybe in time he'll win you over, maybe not.

No. He has done lots of good things for this club in his tenure. That you refuse to see it can't be helped. The bendigo bank one is easy to point out because it's current. I don't expect you to praise him. Just judge everything he does on it's merits, and not by fabricating or twisting things to suit your stance.

Many of our supporter base don't quite fathom just how much Trigg's incompetence has ****ed us over. There are FAR too many pro-Trigg people on the Adelaide Crows fan pages on FB for instance. We all make mistakes TRUE, but this wasn't some grad in a bank who didn't finish a project in time. His incompetence and role in those Tippett deals has most likely cost us a shot at a flag in the next four-five years. Yes, we still have a pretty good squad but we need a hell of a lot to go our way if we're to still be a shot. It would just be so much easier if we had those 5 picks handy (yes, I'm counting the pick 8 Brisbane offered for Tippett). Why, with the full knowledge that we had a dodgy deal on the side, didn't just do that trade is beyond me. We very well might have gotten away with it.

Other than getting a good sponsor on board, what KPIs has he actually achieved? Profits/crowds/memberships/flags have all not improved or have gotten worse.

In my experience with Crows supporters, the Trigg hatred has spilled over from the sorts of people who keep up with the news and post on bigfooty to the general Crows supporting populace.

My wife and all my Crows supporting friends can't stand him, even if they couldn't give a blow by blow breakdown on why he should be given the arse. He's definitely done enough for your average supporter who doesn't care that much to dislike him.

He has ****ed up more than just the Tippett contract. I gave you a list but you dismissed it as hate. As for the Bendigo deal, you privy to the terms of that agreement to claim it as a success?
