Good to see we have taken a risk so late. There is absolutely no point picking up an average rookie who may get a game or two - JO has potential to add to our attack with real pace and class. If not - he is another rookie i can watch in the WAFL. We have lost nothing as most rookies never make it.

I for one am happy about picking him up, especially that late in the rookie draft.
Showed brief glimpses that he could be an okish player but was one of the first on the chopping block no matter what it seemd.

99 Disposals (average of 7 per game with a career high of 13), an average of one tackle per game and 1 career goal from 13 games stretched over 4 years... when did he show these brief glimpses of anything?
I'd love to see him excel at the Eagles and don't mind that we picked him up with our very last pick but I just can't realistically see him ever accomplishing anything at AFL level and can't manage to pump myself up about him in the slightest.
Still.. in Woodhouse we trust. Unless of course Woodhouse popped to the toilet for the last pick and the rest of the recruitment team panicked.
