I see him as a younger, quicker and tougher version of Wingard

I see him as a quicker, tougher version of Wingard with a sprinkling of Dusty Martin don't argue ability
Allen Christenen and Rhys Stanley were both traded for a pick 21Pick 21 for Stringer?
Worth a look at least.
Hopefully we get some out of Rockliff, Kelly, Smith and Stringer.
Motlop is sure to be linked to us as well.
I wouldn't give up pick 6, i might offer up next years first though and pray we climb the ladder.straight swap for Kelly isn't gonna happen.
id be surprised if he agreed to go interstate, and really isn't a pressing need for Adelaide.
Collingwood would probably give up 6.
Carlton would probably give up 3 (and maybe expect your 2nd in return)

Not a chance. 3 is reserved for Kelly or the draft.Carlton would probably give up 3 (and maybe expect your 2nd in return)

Christenen and Stanley.......
Pick 12 is enough if he nominated usHow far off would an Essendon firsts plus Gleeson or Laverde type.
Landing big fishes has been impossible for a while.Did you just compare the B grade out of contract Crameri with drug suspension hanging over him to Stringer? Oh I see, you say you're not comparing them but thought you'd just mention it all the same. Lol.
Ah m8, you've been suckling at the teat of Satan (Dodoro) for too long.
A lot to play out - and like every clubs fans and list managers and many player managers I guess I just hope our leaving player doesn't choose EFC
Do EFC fans wonder why they rarely land a big fish in a trade?![]()
That doesn't sound like a player who's been playing in the VFL.I see him as a quicker, tougher version of Wingard with a sprinkling of Dusty Martin don't argue ability

North will probably offer 21 + Goldstein.
That would be the best offer the bulldogs could probably hope for tbh.
Can't see too many suitors.
I can see heaps of suiters, too talented a player to not have a dip.
The issue will be that most teams will try to undervalue Stringer ad the Dogs will have to fight for value.
That's a good joke
Spot on. One good season 3 years ago and apparently he's worth a first rounder?!Yeah, I wasn't meaning suitors in general.
Just at the price range.
The Dog's board going on about "we'd probably take North's #4 pick", are dreaming.
He'd be worth pick 4, 2 years ago off of his AA year.
Late first rounder is his value now imo (14-20), that could even be generous tbh.
Clubs aren't unaware of his personal situation and it's the Dog's shopping him, not Stringer.
opinions are like arseholes... everyone has one
The general consensus from a lot of media is it's a low first round pick. I think what Stringer has shown so far is that he was worth pick 5 which is where we drafted him. Getting pick 5 in a trade seems very fair and realistic as he has lived up to the hype.
The more I think of this though the more I think it's Bevo putting a rocket up him to get him motivated. Kind of like what happened with Steve Johnson and Geelong 10 years ago.
Time will tell and hopefully we come out of it a winner.
You need glasses then.I see him as a quicker, tougher version of Wingard with a sprinkling of Dusty Martin don't argue ability

I would say that North would be willing to pay a fair chunk of the salary in a situation like this.Goldstein ain't leaving and nobody wants to take on his big salary.
Ouch.Allen Christenen and Rhys Stanley were both traded for a pick 21
Christenen and Stanley.......
I fear that sounds like something my team would do.
