Jarrad Mcveigh vs Mark Mcveigh

Obviously atm you would say mark is the superior brother, but in 3 years time, who do we think will be the better of the two? Jarrad has really taken a step up this year, while mark is a established quality player

IMO Jarred is playing better football right now then Mark is, just doesn't get as much coverage

Jarrad is a very smooth mover, elite kick and kicks goals. Needs to get abit more of the ball though, but he is definitely going to be elite. Mark is a very good player.

Agreed. (Except for the part about Mark going to Sydney. We'll take Jarrad instead) Mark's development was held back a little because Sheedy never really gave him an opportunity in the midfield. It is since he moved there that he has blossomed.

I think Jarrad will establish himself as an elite player in the next year or so.

Johns has the absolute perfect frame for a FF or CHF...too bad he doesnt have the skill..

Before Mark got injured he was up there in the brownlow with i think 12 votes from 11 rounds. Mark is also an exceptional leader and the spirit of our club atm. Jarrad's career is mirroring Mark's as he is establishing himself from a tagger to a player in his own right. Mark is a more damaging player imo with his superior kicking but Jarrad will become the number one midfielder over there next season

Marks always been a good player, even as a small backman was rarely beaten. Jarrad has been exposed to the midfield at a younger age and will probably be viewed as the better player at the end of their careers.
