With O'Donnell, Jones, Gardner, and likely Keath out, yeah. Buss is the only healthy genuine key defender on the list.

Where does this fall in regards to loser moves in recent memory. Turned Eagles down were due to injury would have played every single game last year and likely this year too to stay at Bulldogs on less money and basically be so far behind in the pecking order theyd rather play a 19 year old ruck then play Jedd and have Lobb in the ruck.

I suspect he gets delisted and perhaps rookied somewhere at best. He pulled a Dev Robertson and probably cost himself north of 1 mill+ with this move too. In the NBA we call it fumbling the bag and this certainly was a bag fumble from poor Jedd

I'd be shocked if Buss got delisted. We didn't want to needlessly change our defensive mix by moving Lobb. Buss is still next in line and will probably get a run of games at some point. Emmett is rated hugely by the club and some phantoms had him a top 5 chance at the start of his draft year.
