AFL Club
Western Bulldogs
B: Easton Wood, Aaron Naughton, Dale Morris
HB: Hayden Crozier, Zaine Cordy, Caleb Daniel
C: Lachie Hunter, Jack Macrae, Ed Richards
HF: Billy Gowers, Josh Schache, Sam Lloyd
F: Toby McLean, Marcus Bontempelli, Tom Liberatore
Ruck: Jackson Trengove, Josh Dunkley, Mitch Wallis
Int (from): Matthew Suckling, Bailey Smith, Rhylee West, Taylor Duryea, Ben Cavarra, Patrick Lipinski, Tory Dickson, Fergus Greene, Will Hayes, Bailey Williams, Lachlan Young, Tim English

Teams are out for this week. Surely Dickson plays, cant believe he's not named on the field after in his words his best preseason in years. Schache, Bont, Dickson, Lloyd, Gowers and Wallis as a starting point is really not a bad forward line at all.

Really hoping to get a look at Cavarra after a best on last week.

Int will be made of 4 of Dickson, Williams, Suckling, Duryea, Cavarra imo

Tough to find a spot with Cordy Naughton and Morris all a lock in the side...

He’ll peobably need to wait for Moz to retire.
Lewis Young seems to have disappeared from sight.

Not compared to Lynch. At least Young has been spotted on a team sheet. Lynch has evaporated into thin air.

Any ideas why Dickson and Cavarra are being listed as emergencies on the AFL website not on the extended list?

Would love to see two of Dickson, Cavarra and Greene to play as well (or all three, but won't happen). I reckon there's a stronger forward line than most think hidden somewhere in our list, just have to find the right combination.

Because the system only allows you to enter so many players on the bench and then the rest have to be emergencies.

So it’s only a matter of what order they are input in

Really want to see Schache own our forward line. Carlisle out for the Saints so he needs to make a big impact.
It would be great to see Schache take up step and become a regular aerial threat and at least bring it to ground if he can't take the grab.

Who aren’t you a fan of in that list?

There is just nobody that jumps out at you. Of all those players you'd have to say Gowers is the only one with the potential to kick over 30 goals.

I'd have Dickson in there in a flash if fit along with Suckling, with Bont playing 25-50% fwd.

HF: Maclean Bont Suckling
FF: Gowers Schache Dickson
Int: Lloyd Wallis

I did forget to add Dickson! Hope he plays Sunday. Yes nobody screams out at you but reality is - we just need a forward line that is going to gel this season! Chucked Cavarra in there for some speed.

JLT2 "Redemption time" The Mars massacre. Saints have picked a well balanced forward line should be a good test
for our backline. Luke Dahlhaus bounced back tonight, hope we use the ball a little better this week should get
more favourable conditions.

Fair to say that these 18 players start in Round 1?

And Suckling, Williams and English in too?

So leaves one spot to be decided. Who should it be?

JJ if fit. If not then Dickson, Lipinski, Duryea in that order of preference. The quality of our list drops off a bit after that.
