The Essendon FC ,James , head Jobe and Timmy can all go and kiss Demetrious arse.

There are some ****ed campaigners who support the drug cheats believing Trent and Sam should give it back because "it could just as easy happen to them"Log in to remove this Banner Ad
No I am not happy with that at all, but just that I don't want people who haven't done something to be accused of it that is all.Perhaps and it also leaves it open for those that are taking them to get away with it.
And yes we wont keep going on, but I will just say that going by your logic there, you are happy for people to cheat and take drugs in sport as long as they don't get caught with a smoking gun?
I hate that these days when you watch sport and see something amazing, there is that though in the back of your head "yeah, but are they legit?".
Now, lets look forward to joint Brownlow winners this year, Cotch and Dusty!!
In my perspective, it remains the same for an athlete and people because in the end, they are humans too. Regulation could be tighter though to ensure substances are not taken. This is what the AFL is working towards. This saga though will probably see more AFL players and athletes in general stay away from PEDs and know which ones are banned by WADA/ASADA.
Wouldn't that then leave it open for people to get banned that are innocent of taking PEDs?
My point was that I don't agree with CAS' verdict as they don't define my morals. Yes, they are guilty of doping according to CAS but not to me as I don't see it as sufficient enough evidence. Hence, I won't call them drug cheats. But it isn't like the AFL will call me up and ask me of my opinion on CAS' verdict though lol.
That would be poor housekeeping and they would be proven guilty of that. I don't see this as clearcut evidence of doping though. You'd have to fill in the blanks and join two and two together - and this situation is open to interpretation. You could say they threw away the documents because they are doping, or were just bad at housekeeping.
According to CAS, but I personally still don't agree that their notion of "comfortably satisfied" is enough to 100% accuse them of doping. There were no witnesses coming forward or admissions of guilt.
No.
Even if it doesn't apply to WADA, it doesn't mean that I agree with it.
Yeah, but I don't agree with it.
Simply put guys (I am not going to argue further), I think that if you accuse someone of something, you got to have evidence beyond reasonable doubt that they did it. If the Essendon players and the other AFL players are happy to be subject to the rules outlined by WADA/ASADA and are happy for CAS and the AFL Tribunal to outline for them what type of evidence they require to charge them, then that is up to them.
I am not under these bodies and, from what I have understood about the information that CAS judged by, I do not agree that the circumstantial evidence they used was enough to definitively state the Essendon players doped. Again, CAS do not define my morals, so this is my view.

Like a deer in the headlights waiting for the oncoming Bullbar....
Cotchin & Mitchell should sue Jobe for all the earnings they were wrongfully deprived of due to his conduct...Apparently Jobe's compo claim has now doubled after he "voluntarily" handed the medal back?
I'm no beak, but how can that be?
