Congrats to all those that stuck with him , the offer from the club was too good. I'm a blood through and through , i'm not happy but will always follow and love this club like i have for a long time . So i move on and hope we smash Carlton.
Onya Bedders.
It is what it is & we move on with the next generation of players & I've enjoyed watching some of our footy these last few weeks.

Playing good attacking footy, the players love him. It’s working.
Didn't Primus do the same as Port's caretaker coach winning 5 of 7 but then going on to only winning 8 of the next 40 games before getting the Sarse?

Though I'm absolutely positive Shaw will continue positively because he is using Horse's game plan.;)

3 Grand finals in 7 years, only one coach going around has a better record. He clearly gets the best results from our list given the consistent top 4 performances. Glad to hear we're locking him away, just hoping this constant Horse hate can end
Horse hate? I don't recall ever seeing anyone say they hated Longmire, I have read (and I've written) about wanting a change...no hate whatsoever!

To be fair he has done pretty well in the past two months with a youngish team.

As he showed on 360 he is not the sharpest tool in the shed. And again he has one flag and two performances in GFs where he was done like a dinner.

The Norf nuff nuffs have dodged a bullet and been leveraged to inflate our Clubs offer. They have a bloke ready to roll who will be on half the bickies apparently offered Longmire.

I just saw the worst news on facebook and came here to see if it was true. Turns out facebook was right.

Cheers to another 5 years of not fulfilling our lists potential.

also someone needs to check on Tedeski as he is going to have an erection that is not going to go down for days.
Well I'll need to increase my Viagra intake to a full tablet for that to happen, rather than the quarter tablet I take every 2 hours to stop myself p*ssing on my feet every time I go to the loo.

Also my favourite part about Horse staying in Sydney is his 2 sons remain a part of our academy. Hoping they turn into superstars, because I loved the North melts over a Sydney boy being drafted by Sydney

Majority of Swans fans are not happy with Longmire's coaching style and not happy that the Swans are so easy to plan against. It means in the big games against good opposition we struggle. There are a few people on this board that would defend Longmire no matter what, but on this board generally speaking Longmire is somewhere between dislike, and having a very lukewarm praise of him.
Perhaps because majority of Swans fans know we won't win another flag under Longmire. If we can't win the flag with him, why re-sign him. The Swans board are happy to be "thereabouts" but seemingly don't care too much about actually winning the flag.
The Big Footy board is not a survey of the Swans supporter base in general and you certainly don't have any reliable information, survey or source that what your stating is fact other than opinion.

The "majority" of our fanbase could very well be happy with his coaching style and might think he could lead us to another flag. Making up claims of majority support is baseless at best and does the rest of your opinion no value when you have valid points to make.

Mate majority of them would cheer them off if they lost every game cos they are their boys and they love horse

I think most are happy with whatever the club does

Like most fans see Essendon fans supporting the druggies

I listen to SEN sometimes and when a Swans fan sometimes calls up I almost never hear them praising Horse.

It is very similar I think. Some Essendon supporters defended Hird no matter what, and I feel like some people on this board have the same love of Horse.

Sort of like how 30% of Americans are so in love with Trump they are able to internally justify anything he says or does.

I doubt Mills likes being essentially told he is not good enough to be a midfielder.
I doubt he cares that much in all honesty. As an individual in the leadership group I would imagine he’d be happy to play where he could best contribute...

I don’t see any reason why he wouldn’t be happy playing at AFL level in defence.

I’m not meaning it to be negative so Hird is a bad example

Each to their own it’s just footy

But I’d guess majority will lap it up

Sure they might turn in 2022 when we are still rubbish
