They are the biggest rip-offs ever.

Crispy strips combo, was $10.05 and that was already a joke. It's gone up again for the million time, this time to $10.25. In 5 years we'll probably be paying $15 for it, what an absolute joke. They have the worst prices of the fast food chaines.

I was going to start a Thread regarding this last night.
It was $14.00 for a Fillets Combo; just for Four Breast Fillets and a tiny thing of Soggy Chips with Pepper on them instead of Salt! There's a bloody rip-off for you!

Amen to that. On my way to the organic produce store, some haggard old b1tch threw her elbow out while I was safely pedalling my bicycle along the footpath. With no medical insurance, I have a permanently damaged arm, can't exercise and, with no way to prepare my own meals, all I can eat is takeout. Farrrk!

Shit happens when you break the law, hope you've learned your lesson.

I Cbf cooking. I like the taste of fast food junk.

No shame for me to admit that @ 9:30PM tonight I was hungry so went to maccas drive thru and got a Large 6 nugget meal.

I got a dicsount cause I know the guy working, but that's not the point, some people (like me) are just lazy. :thumbsu::)

This deserved a shartload more credit. :D:D:thumbsu:

For those who got it anyway.

Yes Mantis you certainly did.

Hope the young whippersnapper got you on assault charges too :thumbsu:

Back on topic.
Fast food prices are becoming a joke these days, cannot get very much under $10. Could buy fresh ravioli, sauce and garlic bread from the supermarket for the same price. Takes about 5-10 minutes to cook and will feed 4 people :)

No he didn't, because he knew he was breaking the law.:p

Back on topic you are right.

It really upsets me when I get to Box Hill station in the mornings & see so many school children head straight to Maccas.

Why aren't they having breakfast at home? If their parents are too busy & have to go to work, surely the kids know how to toast a slice of bread, or put cereal in a bowl.

I frequent Maccas once per week on average, but I agree, this shits me to no end.

Do the kids at Box Hill station have homes?

You forgot to say it would taste a shit load better.

u would have been nicely lubed.

bet mantis eats maccas but feels she needs to once again get on that high horse.

Hey Mr Unlisted noob, if you had been here more than a second you would know I'm vegetarian, so would never eat at crap fast foods joints. even if I wasn't a vegetarian I wouldn't eat there, I care more about my health.

I don't get all the hype regarding mashies. Many people think they are the best thing since sliced bread, but I personally think they are horrible.

Tower burgers and Kebabs are far better :D.

Mashies....meh. I had em once and they were awful.

Tower Burger though....that was full of win.

Considering they are wearing school uniforms & get on at various stations before Box Hill, I am guessing they do.

Also considering most of them are getting on trains to go to private schools further up the line, I'm pretty certain they do.

Good thing about KFC is if you go in late you rarely pay full price as they wont to get rid of the stuff without throwing it out.

But you end up with the old oil. Slightly darker crusts.

My whinge is that there's often too many starchy carbs with the meals. Potato & gravy, chips and a bread roll; you can't swap them for a coleslaw.

 potato and gravy and chips can both be swapped for a coleslaw

Last night, I bought a large 'Popcorn Chicken', and two 'Snack Box' of the same variety. I ended up paying around 15 dollars for the lot. I think the 'Popcorn Chicken' is $7 just on its own whilst the 'Snack Box' is around $4ish(?).

At $15 for the combined order, is that cheap, expensive, or at the right price?
