i know i got d/c'ed at the start of the match before that one....but i looked your name up and got back in the room about 5 mins in or so i think and still managed top 5

i wanted that one point to unlock the next guy! ahaha

I saw a video of the multiplayer sand level. It does look big, but it looks like fun to me. The levels so far are very memorable, even though i've only played on 3 maps. The middle sections of the maps are well thought out, but with my noob status they always bottle neck because no-one can make sentry guns. It usually turns into a grenade spam fest.

The only problem for me in the sand level is that there are some places where you can't cut in to make a shortcut to your destination, it is great for the objective missions.

So far the other maps I've played are VERY good, remind me alot of the R:FoM maps, in fact there is one that is very similar to the amazingly brilliant Somerset level, the best thing about the maps is that they look a bit cluttered, but still have that simplicity to them, and for mine they aren't that hard to learn.

And by the way, I haven't been disconnected once during my play time. Try making a static i.p for your PS3 and forward the ports. I did it the other day (by putting my PS3 in the DMZ section of my router) and downloading patches and demos is way quicker.

I think I'm the same so far, have only had one moment, the whole game froze about 2 minutes into a match(Don't know if this is the disconnections everyone is getting), but my internet connection stayed solid, and hasn't happened since.

Just saw another ad for K2 during Underbelly, so far it seems Sony have it spot on, during the A-League Grand Final(Would've attracted good numbers), and Underbelly(Has been averaging more than 2mil viewers a week).

yeh i agree about not being hard to learn....
i mean sometimes i get a lil lost but not long til i know where i am again
got used to them MUCH quicker than i originally thought after seeing how complex they look.

i know a couple of levels very well but others not so great yet.....
unfortunately for me that ****ing sand level i know very well since i've had to run around in it for hours!
it's probably the level i've been put in the most and it is just so, so bad. (imo)

now that i think about it the level design in Quantum of Solace was very, very good too.....why did they have to stuff up cod:waw so much



oh and to scooter... it is always a grenade spam fest i've found

Keep getting dcd, the longest iv ebeen in game is probs 30 seconds, maybe cos my internet is still shaped but im still connected to the psn, highly annoying atm.

no you can choose to spawn at those points or onto a squad leader....if there isn't already a squad leader i make myself one and invite so ppl can spawn on me and help me out

i try to always be in a squad or make one as i feel it makes the team more cohesive especially if they follow me since i try and get things done! lol

i would be a tactician but i think atm i do the most damage for my team with the shot gun and i can't use that as a tactician.

Has anyone noticed the proximity chat?

When your team mates talk through their mics, you can hear them perfectly fine wherever you are. When you are close to an enemy and they are using their mic, you can also hear them. But once they start moving away, their voice gets softer. Another realistic touch and something i've never seen in a game before.

It should also disadvantage those kids playing 50 cent through their mics all the time.

and it makes it even worse coz u get to choose which map u want and they always pick that sand level..

no i had one point to get after the previous match finished....and i'd earnt over 60 in that long assed map that i hate the most and suck on...
but i got d/c'ed and got nothing lol

oh well it won't take me long at all to earn one point! lol.

also the maps are picked randomly and start with full votes.....but you can choose to change map but it never ever changes.

Was on during the qtr time break of the Collingwood vs Richmond game on Thursday too. Saw it a couple of times over the weekend, don't know what shows were on though.

that's not to say that i don't use the aim sometimes but i wouldn't say "abuse it"

it just seems to suit the way i play getting up close to ppl and blasting them as i have very,very quick reflexes.

i don't seem to be as good with the smg's or rifles though but i'm still competent.

and to zarko i refused to go back onto SF4's online....that was the most ridiculous thing i'd encountered.

If you have quick reflexes you should be good with twitch sniping (If you know what that is).

i assume you mean the quick aim shoot but u don't actually look down the sights?...sort of just using the slight auto aim??

i never snipe (though i will try it for a bit in kz2) mainly coz i suck at it and i'm so impatient....
