I like both of them as coaches and think they were both good in the media

Both.

Not sure how one could dislike either.

Both were legends of their respective clubs as players.
Both are young coaches who haven't really put an (ON-FIELD) foot wrong.
Both are great in front of media.

Certainly have some criticisms of Buckley, but not enough to say I dislike him.

Didn't like Bucks as a player fantastic as a coach.
Liked Hird as a player not so much as a coach.

Hird slightly better player.

Both have had off-field troubles at their respective clubs and have dealt with it admirably. Scott and Malthouse could learn a thing or two from them.

Honestly, both were great to watch, as was Voss, pure masters of the game.

Hate Buckley for leaving Brisbane for finals experience (haha)
Hate Hird for being possibly the most over rated player on this forum

As coaches,
Hird I hate for getting injections (god knows why...?), injecting his own cattle and bringing the game in disrepute
Buckley hasn't done anything (important) to improve his list, he is essentially playing the exact same game plan that MM had bar a few small changes. Inherited the best list at the time and has failed.
