Apologies if this is recorded elsewhere on here, is there a publicly accessible register of historical AFL Tribunal outcomes (penalties at a minimum, explanations if perfect) somewhere that someone has a link to?

I‘m putting together a study on precedent (and I don’t expect this would be reflect favourably, probably which is why precedent can’t be used in AFL tribunal cases).

Just bumping this in case anyone knows, still haven’t found a complete one.

Football's Black Book: Reports, Charges, Penalties, Statistics by Jim Main

I actually had this book growing up and it had basically every tribunal suspension from 1898 to 1998 along with 30 more in depth sections on interesting cases.

Not at the level you're looking for, sorry, but there's a summary piece in the latest annual report (I've only checked 2021).
