Hmm... one has sat on a rookie list his entire career, has attitude problems, and only gets talked about because he's from Sudan. The other is a probable top 2 draft pick and one of the best young players in the country.

If both were on an open market right now, and you have the chance to draft either one of them, who would you take? Honestly.

And Daniher is widely regarded as a top 3 (at least) talent in this draft. That makes him one of the best 18 year olds in the country at this point.

Well I suppose with Hurley not living up to the next big thing you have to move onto the next player coming in. Daniher could be the next Carey or the next Kosi. Both should be judged after 100 games - but with Big Footy any failing early will be highlighted and the players mocked.

I never said I agreed with the comments or even valued what that Kyte bloke said. I was just pointing out that B_Tron's "gem" was not from an Essendon supporter. Plus those awards often go to players who aren't considered top AFL recruiters anyway.

Well he is certainly different from those midfielders you speak of given his height. But joe has not even been the best performed key position player to go through the tac cup. He may not have gone at pick no 1 this year, so I find all the hype a bit much to be honest.
