Leon Cameron's speech was pathetic. If I was a member (who had shelled out $681 for a 2021 membership) I would be asking for my money back.

It reeked of a man who has no concept of neuroscience or motivational psychology, and one who lacks ability to build engagement and connection. You can't build a successful culture with amateur hour rubbish like "home truth conversations are the best part about being at footy clubs"

No attempt to seek to understand his men...and masks that lack of wisdom with "daddy knows best" archaic mindset bulls**t.

Starting to twig as to why there's been a gradual exodus - Cameron, Zwilliams, Corr, Caldwell, Langdon...and all those high performing guys in years past.

And then think about the old senior heads like Ward and Griffin - learned under Eade at the Bulldogs which was no different (so they could do little to influence proper growth). Wonder what Deledio thought of the culture?

It does probably show them in a bit of an overly positive light, but they haven't omitted all the bad stuff. There's Adam Simpson basically telling his players that they should smash Gold Coast in R2 then spraying them at 3QT because they were too arrogant. That came across as a bit of a stuff up on his behalf. But they would've had the right to remove parts and good on him for letting it stay.

Patience my Demon friend. Spoiler alert, we win the flag while 4 of the 6 teams shown don’t make finals, there is plenty of Richmond content later in the series and Peggy doesn’t go to the Hub so it switches to Hardwick. Some boner inducing coaching is shown

Are you serious? Pretty much says to Coniglio I’ll put my arm around you and help then immediately proceeds to tell him but it’s all your fault and sort it out yourself. He continuously singles out individuals in front of their peers. The players are just staring blankly into space whenever Cameron talks. It’s literally an essay on how not to lead.
