Let's be honest some of them are just great to watch or seem genuinely decent, even the oppo ones.

Adelaide - O'Brien & Foggarty. Talented big men and the swagger is good. Personalities entertain.
Brisbane - Andrews. Gun defender.
Carlton - Cripps, breast mid. Jones, great persistence and career revival. Simpson, clean and evergreen.
Collingwood - De Goey, great to watch when he is on. Moore, gun defender. Pendles, really nice bloke in person.
Essendon - Merrett, great accumulator and inside work. Townsend, honest battler and ripper bloke.
Fremantle - Fyfe, one of the modern great. Tigers supporter too. What could have been...
GWS - Hopper, I like the way this guy plays.
Geelong - Stewart, really good honest defender.
GCS - Ballard, great intercept marker. Lukosius, massive/wonderful boot.
Hawks - Sicily, IMO a very complete player. Great ability and mongrel. Love/hate.
Melb - Gawn, great player and seems like a nice guy. Also quite tough + clean player.
North - Cunnington. Good inside mid with mongrel.
Port - Gray. Absolute superstar. Shame to see him in the twilight.
Saints - Steele, tackling machine.
Sydney - Rampe, dynamic and tough.
WCE - Kennedy, straight up one of the best forwards of the generation.
WB - Dunkley, gun mid.

Hawks - Sicily, IMO a very complete player. Great ability and mongrel. Love/hate.

Each to his own but Sicily seems like the kind of guy who sits infront of the mirror kissing his muscles. Good player but has an ego the size of the galaxy.

Matt Taberner when ever the ball goes in his direction something happens. It might be spectacular or it might be a disaster. people say dustin martin is the most watchable player in the comp because of his brilliance. But every drama need some tragedy, failure and some epic frustrating moments, matt taberner provides this in spades. Somehow he's also a quite good player who may get a podium place in the coleman medal race. He's a contested marking machine. Hes a work horse who is one of the best trainers at the club and wasn't given games like a top ten pick hes come of the rookie list.

Yep, but you can't deny he's a good player.

If he was in the yellow & black you'd probably love him!

Great idea for a thread, but De Goey does not belong here.

Caleb Daniel, Grundy, Pendlebury, Betts, Charlie Cameron, Gryan Miers, Esava Ratugolea, Liam Picken before he retired. Naitanui and Darling as well. From the Tigers I'd nominate Grimes and Martin, I like the way they both go about it (as I do every player I've listed here).
