I don't follow NFL just wondered how many players annual salary would pay for Springfield
Looks like the top three would cover it. Or one player over 2 years
Could not work out the annual salary cap
Looks like it is somewhere between $178 million & $216 million but i could have that very wrong

You could just google it.

$208 million for next year. 55 man roster.

NBA $112 million for next season. But the tax level is set at 136.6 million. 15 man roster, plus two 2 way contracts.

I did just "Google It"
And posted the link for anyone interested. "Dallas Cowboys Contracts"

Just pointed out i could not easily follow how it was calculated. So quoted a low and high figure
The annual figures were on the right of screen from that link
11 different categories listed
Player list 67
Top 51 players + pool players i assume make up the 67
Different amount and player numbers than you have quoted
But it looks complicated so any figure/player numbers could be quoted by different media sources

Each year, during the off-season both NFL and NBA commission’s release the next year’s salary cap. Seeing as I follow the nba, it’s alway of interest to me.

Not being picky, just have to google nfl salary cap.

I kind of like the idea of playing a couple of home games up at Cairns during the Gabba construction period. However isn't that the GC's academy area? Not that it matters that much and a nice humid afternoon/ evening against a Melbourne club might work in our favour as well. I'm sure the AFL would get on board (funding) as well to continue the development of the game.

Maybe even play the GC up there for our home game?

Yes, it’s the heart land of GC’s northern academy.

I don’t know about humidity, but a couple of late June, July, early August games up there might be good.

Honestly, if the team is going to be on the road for a couple of seasons, I’d really like to see a couple of extra games in Melbourne, at the MCG.

As a Brisbanite I would be more than happy with that as an option.

Hi guys. Surely QSAC is the go during the Gabba rebuild. You can fit a Geelong dimensions oval there no problems. There is already another athletics facility next door that needs an update, so update that in 2025, then reconfigure QSAC in 2026. Remove the track, northern temp stands, minor update the main east/west stands and you have a 25k - 30k venue. Then, in 2029, build a new track, etc, and you have two sets of updated aths facilities to use in the lead up to 2032. Everybody wins.
